A graduate of the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City Chef Jay has been in the culinary industry for over a decade. His range of cooking goes from simple cuisine to fine dining and can entice any palette in between.

Currently he is the Executive Chef of Utopia Restaurant
in Charlotte North Carolina. This American Fine Dining
Establishment focuses on local ingredients to bring
and eclectic mix of great food.
